Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Easy Eco Supply. It is our goal to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@easyecosupply.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damages you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@easyecosupply.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Order Cancellations Policy

To cancel your order, you must contact us immediately by email at cancel@easyecosupply.com or by phone at (800)214-9148. A $20 administration fee will be applied if you cancel your order after 48 hours regardless if your order has been shipped or not. We will do our best to cancel your order before it has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

 

Returns/Refunds

Most items can be returned for a full refund within 30 calendar days. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items as well as processing/admin fees. shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. All items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.

Please email us at returns@easyecosupply.com to receive a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA. We will also provide you with the address to return the item. Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (must be original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@easyecosupply.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
